Do you remeber going to the movie as a kid and buying those 3D specks man they where shit! But its all the rage now like that 3D animated film Monsters Vs Aliens which use 3D glasses to bring the 3D monsters even more to life! …its great for the kids!! But it not just the 3D bit i like i think the red and blue shadow it gives off is a cool deasign effect!! I saw it on a design just recently, be it of that welp Kanye West it still looked shit cool so i tried it my self with the help of a great tutorial i stumbled on!

Site of the day typeneu.com This is a cool site i fell on one day with a hangover.  It’s largely based around graphic design, bit of motion graphics, type and all that good stuff. The page seems to add more and more as you scroll down, cool idea but can get annoying as it seems to never end. If it gets too much. You’ll find it has a nice little category section and search engine at the top to help speed things up.  I wasted at least an hour on this the other day!! Definitely one for the favorites box.

Well i had a Site of the day so heres my Advise of the day.

Your trying to learn Photoshop but the course your doing doesn’t cut the mustard. Well check out these bad boys!! You’ll find heaps of them out there from glowing wavy lines to 3D type and PSD design tips!!

The fact of the matter is  there a great ye have to mess about with tutorial to earn you trade. I remember when i was first learning photo shop all i got was the basic i i felt ripped off!! Believe me this is the only way you learn this shit!! So get on it when ye have some time to kill!

If your like me and come form a web design background you cant help but be drawn to graphic design. So to be truly good at web design you need an understanding of graphic design, they go hand in hand.
